Find Your Class
Calisthenics brings together gymnastics, ballet, singing, acting, marching and dance. Every class gives students the opportunity to develop technique, creativity, confidence and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment.
Age eligibility is based on age at 31 December. Contact K&K if you are unsure which class is the best fit.
A fun introduction to calisthenics through movement, music and simple routines that help build confidence, coordination and a love of performing.
Saturday · 9:30am–10:45am
Building strong foundations across the sport while encouraging creativity, teamwork and the confidence to perform with the group.
Saturday · 11:00am–1:00pm
Developing technique and performance quality with more challenging routines, stronger teamwork and greater artistic expression.
Saturday · 1:00pm–3:00pm
Advanced training for dedicated students, combining refined technique, complex choreography and polished performance skills.
Thursday · 6:00pm–8:30pm
Sophisticated performance and artistry for experienced participants who want to continue developing their skills and performing as a team.
Wednesday · 7:30pm–9:30pm
Calisthenics for adults who want to keep performing, return to the sport or discover it for the first time. There is no maximum age.
Monday · 7:30pm–9:30pm
New To K&K?
Come along, meet the coaches, experience a class and see whether K&K is the right fit. There is no obligation for new students trying their first two classes.

K&K Studio
K&K has its own studio in Ravenhall, conveniently located near the Western Highway and major freeway connections.
The studio is available for rehearsal and practice hire.
Solo rate: $25 per hour
